Tulshyan & Co., Chartered Accountants, is an ICAI-registered CA firm based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Firm Registration Number 024254C). The firm was established in March 2018 by CA. Rohit Tulshyan, and was later converted to a partnership on 1st May 2025. We provide quality services in Taxation, Litigation, Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, Auditing, Business Consultancy, Internal Control Compliances, and Corporate Advisory.

We have served over 90 client groups, including traders, service providers, importers & exporters, builders and developers, professionals, and manufacturing units. We primarily offer Audit, Litigation, Consultancy, and Accounting services across these different client domains and sectors.

We abide by ICAI's core professional ethics as well as our own firm's ethics — investing personal time and resources in our clients, providing strong support even after work is completed, prioritising quality over quantity of services, and maintaining transparent fees and pricing.

A 7-year experienced, tech-savvy Chartered Accountant and fellow member of ICAI holding a Certificate of Practice. He has 7 years of experience consulting clients across various businesses. His core working domains are Auditing, Accounting, Business Consulting, and Litigation. He is passionate about his profession and treats his work as a top priority. He has handled over 100 tax assessments, including scrutinies, assessments, and appeals before the CIT(A) and GST Appellate Authorities.

He is an Information System Auditor and Forensic Auditor. He completed his articleship from a leading CA firm in Raipur.

He believes educating clients about laws and taxation matters is as important as their compliance. Beyond his core work, he enjoys web development, exploring new technology, teaching students, and playing games.

An energetic Chartered Accountant and fellow member of ICAI holding a Certificate of Practice. She has over 10 years of experience as a CA, consulting clients. Her core working domains are GST, Corporate Affairs, and Auditing. She is passionate about on-time delivery of work and client satisfaction.

She is also an Information System Auditor and Forensic Auditor. She completed her articleship from a leading CA firm in Raipur.

She believes that on-time delivery of quality work is the ultimate key to client satisfaction. Adherence to law and never letting herself down are the two mottos she follows. Beyond her core work, she enjoys cooking, watching movies and comedy videos, or simply unwinding.
