Tulshyan & Co. Chartered Accountants, is an ICAI Registered CA firm based in Raipur Chhattisgarh. Our Firm Registration is 024254C is a partnership firm established in March, 2018 by CA. Rohit Tulshyan and thereafter converted to partnership on 1st May, 2025. We practice providing quality services in Taxation, Litigation, Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, Auditing, Business Consultancy, Internal Control Compliances, Corporate Advisory.

We have served over 90 Client groups including Traders, Service Providers, Importers Exporters, Builders and Developers, Professionals and Manufacturing Units. We primarily offer Audit, Litigation, Consultancy and Accounting Services to diffrent client domains and sectors.

A 7 Year Experience tech-savvy Chartered Accountant fellow member of ICAI holding Certificate of Practice. He has an experience of 7 years consutling clients in various businesses. His core working domains are Auditing, Accounting and Business Consulting and Litigations. He is passionate about his profession and takes his work as prime importance. He has dealt with over 100 Tax Assessments, incluidng scrutinies, Assessments and appeals before CIT(A) and GST Appellete Authorities.

He is an Information System Auditor and Forensic Auditor. He has completed his Articleship from a leading CA Firm in Raipur.

A energetic Chartered Accountant who is fellow member of ICAI holding Certificate of Practice. She has an experience of over 10 years being a CA and consulting clients. Her core working domains are GST, Corporate Affairs and Auditing. She is passionate about on time delivery of work and client datisfaction.

She is also an Information System Auditor and Forensic Auditor. She has completed her Articleship from a leading CA Firm in Raipur.

She believes that on time delivery of quality work is the ultimate key to client satisfaction. Adeherence to Law and never letting oneself down are two mottos she follows. Besides her core work, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, comedy videos or leisure around.
